Mix equal parts of Elkhorn SmokeHouse Mountain Magic BBQ Sauce with your favorite ranch dressing.
-2 lbs fully cooked frozen meatballs
-1 cup grape jelly
-1 1/2 cups Elkhorn SmokeHouse Mountain Magic BBQ Sauce
Mix together in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until hot, stirring occasionally.
-Elkhorn SmokeHouse Sweet and Spicy Chicken Rub
-Washed and dried cauliflower florets
-Olive oil
Put desired amount of similar sized florets in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil. Stir well. Sprinkle generously with Sweet and Spicy Chicken Rub. Stir well. Sprinkle with more Sweet and Spicy Chicken Rub. Roast in an air fryer for 20 min at 360 degrees or bake in the oven at 425 degrees until desired crispiness.

-1 cup Elkhorn SmokeHouse Mountain Magic BBQ Sauce divided
-1 envelope onion soup mix
-1 1/2 cups oats
-1/2 cup water
-2 eggs
Mix meat, 1/2 c sauce, soup mix, dried oats, water and 2 beaten eggs. Press mixture firmly into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Spread the remaining 1/2 cup sauce over the meatloaf. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
